Statement of Purpose

Write and submit your statement of purpose (1-2 pages, double-spaced, 12 pt. font). 


GMAT or GRE Score

A total GMAT score of 450 and at least 20% quantitative OR a total GRE score of 300 and at least 150 quantitative are required. Send score to California State University-Sonoma (OCC8060).

Academic Transcripts

Wine Industry Experience

Required for Sonoma MBA in Wine Business: 2 years of wine industry experience or equivalent is required to apply. Alternatively, you can waive the 2 years wine industry experience by completing the foundation and intermediate levels of the Online Certificate in Wine Business Management.



Prerequisite business courses are required to enroll in the Sonoma MBA programs. Send unofficial transcripts to for review.
